You may feel or believe that pole shifts are a conspiracy theory without validity, but I submit to you that pole shifts are a fairly common occurrence based upon a recognizable mechanism of polar migration, magnetic field weakening and gravitational or electrical attraction. To be sure, magnetic north is not always north, just as the pole star shifts due to the angle of the wobble of Earth’s axis.
“Scientists already know that magnetic north shifts. Once every few hundred thousand years, the magnetic poles flip so that a compass would point south instead of north. While changes in magnetic field strength are part of this normal flipping cycle, data from Swarm have shown the field is starting to weaken faster than in the past. Previously, researchers estimated the field was weakening about 5% per century, but the new data revealed the field is actually weakening at 5% per decade, or 10 times faster than thought. As such, rather than the full flip occurring in about 2,000 years, as was predicted, the new data suggest it could happen sooner.”
This data comes from the European Space Agency’s satellite, which has found conclusive evidence that “the Earth’s magnetic field is in a weakening stage right now. Data collected this summer by a European Space Agency (ESA) satellite suggests the field is weakening 10 times faster than scientists originally thought. They predicted a flip could come within the next couple thousand years. It turns out that might be a very liberal estimate, scientists now say.”
You may ask yourself when the last magnetic pole shift occurred. According to Paul Renne, director of the Geochronology Center at the University of California at Berkeley, it was 786,000 years ago.
“While the ESA satellite studied the magnetic field from above, Renne and a team of researchers studied it from below. The researchers dug through ancient lake sediments exposed at the base of the Apennine Mountains in Italy. Ash layers from long-ago volcanic eruptions are mixed into the sediment. The ash is made of magnetically sensitive minerals that hold traces of Earth’s magnetic field lines, and the researchers were able to measure the direction the field was pointing.”
“Renne and colleagues then used a technique called argon-argon dating — which works because radioactive potassium-40 decays into argon-40 at a known rate — to determine the age of the rock sediment. The layers built up over a 10,000-year period, and the researchers could pinpoint where the poles flipped in the rock layers. The last flip happened around 786,000 years ago.”
Okay, so we have established that the magnetic field is weakening and weakening leads to a magnetic reversal or a pole shift, but what other factors matter?
According to NOAA, “it has been long understood that dip poles migrate over time.” They added that “the most recent survey determined that the Pole is moving approximately north-northwest at 55 km per year.”
Al Jazeera America has weighed on the data generated by the ESA satellite as well, noting, “the data showed that Earth’s north magnetic pole — different from the geographic North Pole, which marks Earth’s rotational axis — is moving south. Since magnetic north was first located in 1831, it has wandered more than 600 miles. In recent years, its movement has accelerated, from an average of six miles a year to 25 miles, and scientists predict it could travel from its current position in North America to Asia within a few decades.”
So the truth is that poles migrate and when the field weakens sufficiently, there is a slow-acting polar reversal, but what about the role of gravitational attraction? Could the influence of the brown dwarf star, Planet X, exert a significant force to accelerate it?
According to Earth’s Catastrophic Past and Future by William Hutton and Jonathan Eagle, “Another simple source of the gigantic forces required for a pole shift can be imagined as a fly-by of a large asteroid, or an asteroid or comet collision” (Hutton & Eagle, 108).
Certainly, a comet or asteroid emanating from the Planet X system could fit the bill here.
“Another idea is that planetary alignments can cause a pole shift. If all the planets are bunched on one side of the sun, their combined gravitational attraction, so the hypothesis goes, can exert a strong enough pull to disrupt normal Earth rotation” (Hutton & Eagle, 108).
Regardless, if the Electric Universe Theory is correct in that “99.999% of the visible universe is a plasma, and all moving plasmas produce their own magnetic field and electric currents,” then we need to take seriously the notion (as the Elites are by building underground bunkers) that the plasma vortex emanated by the Planet X system as it crosses the sun will combine with solar wind to exert the necessary influence to disrupt the normal Earth rotation by affecting its liquid metal core, ultimately changing the flow of the liquid metal and the molten magma from North- to South-leaning.
All in all, it is the suddenness of the event that could be the most problematic and disruptive. If the Lord does come back “like a thief in the night” and “the stars fall down like unripe figs,” then we need to understand that mainstream media will not be reporting this unfolding, momentous event, except maybe under the guise of man-made global warming.
“For you know quite well that the day of the Lord’s return will come unexpectedly, like a thief in the night.” (1Th.5:2)
Even if the planet experiences only a slow-acting polar reversal, it will still have a negative impact on the electrical grids that supply power to most of the “first world.” Certainly, nuclear power plants in North America, Russia and India would go offline and the reactors would overheat until necessary power to cool the reactors could be restored or workers could irradiate themselves to a slow death while manually cooling the reactors, as in the exemplary tragedy of Fukushima.
On the other hand, if a full-on crustal displacement occurs, tectonic shift could lead to tidal waves, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, sinkholes, tornadoes and a darkening sky.
The Sixth Seal: Terror
12 I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood; 13 and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind. 14 The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their place
